1. Expired Products

  • If you receive any expired product, a full refund will be issued.

  • Customers must provide:

    • A clear product image showing the expiry date

    • Order number

    • Invoice copy

2. Damaged, Spilled, or Rotten Products

  • If any product arrives damaged, spilled, or rotten, we will issue a full refund for that product.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Product/package image clearly showing the issue

    • Order number

    • Invoice copy

  • Alternatively, customers can request a return directly through Hamdan Halal Food’s Mobile App under “My Products”.

3. Missing Items

  • If any product is missing from your delivery, please send:

    • A photo of the delivery package and received items

    • Invoice image

    • Order number

  • You may also submit a complaint through Hamdan Halal Food’s Mobile App under “My Products”.

  • We will investigate the dispatched order. If confirmed, a full refund for the missing items will be issued.

4. Refund Procedures

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to your credit card.

    • If the refund is requested by the customer, a 3.6% processing fee applies.

    • If the refund is issued by us (e.g., missing/damaged/expired products), no processing fee will be charged.

    • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account.

  • Refund via Website Points (Gold Points):

    • Refunds can be credited as Gold Points to your Hamdan Halal Food account.

    • Points can be used to order anything from our website.

    • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

    • Customers must provide the email address used for the order.

  • Refund via JP Post Cash Card:

    • Processing time: 5–10 business days.

    • Customers must provide their JP Post Cash Card Number and a clear image of the card, along with the order number and refund request.
