We provide delivery all across Japan in partnership with JP Post. Please review our delivery schedule, shipping fees, and important notes below before placing your order.
Delivery Conditions
Same-Day Delivery is not available.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be dispatched the same day (store shipment).
Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery/shipping dates may change depending on processing time and product availability.
👉 Note: “Same-day store shipment” means your order will be dispatched on the same day, but delivery will occur on the date/time slot you select.

返品・不良品について (Returns & Defective Products)
If the product is defective or incorrect, Hamdan Halal Food will cover all return shipping and handling costs.
If damage occurs during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will promptly send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 7 days after approval.
