Cook the momos in a small amount of frying oil for two to three minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Water should then be added, the lid should be shut, and the Momos should be left to simmer for seven minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated. Frozen chicken momos will be ready to eat after 20 to 30 days and 5 minutes of boiling.
