KKheer, a popular delicacy in South East Asia, Bangladesh, and India, is a cereal treat made of rice or another basic grain, milk, sugar, and Ahmed Sheer Khurma Mix (Jafrani). Add the rice to the milk. Bring to a low boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Turn the heat up to medium once the milk has decreased. Add the condensed milk and Ahmed Sheer Khurma Mix (Jafrani) and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold as you like.
